About
Both sides of the table.
I have worked in consumer goods, retail, publishing, technology, family office and entrepreneurship. As an executive, as a managing shareholder and as the founder of my own brand.
That mix gives me something a board values: having lived the decision from the brand, from the point of sale, from the ownership side and from the P&L of a company starting from zero.
Today I combine two paths that feed each other: sitting on boards of directors and advising companies on strategy. I also teach, mentor as a certified mentor, am a member of Juno House and of FIDEM, and take part in the latter’s Entrepreneurship Commission (Comissió d’Emprenedoria). My core interests are corporate governance, family business and women’s leadership.

In these companies I was a board member and part of the shareholder base, involved in both ownership and management. Today I offer myself as a board member so that corporate governance helps companies decide better.
