About
Both sides of the table.
My career has been built in consumer goods, retail, publishing, technology, family office and entrepreneurship, as an executive, as a managing shareholder and as the founder of my own brand.
I have lived business decisions from the brand, the point of sale, the ownership side and the P&L of a company starting from zero. That complete view of the company underpins my approach to corporate governance.
Today I lead my own consultancy, LV Consultoría de Empresa, where I bring my board experience to bear. I am a certified mentor, a member of Juno House and of FIDEM, and I take part in the latter’s Entrepreneurship Commission (Comissió d’Emprenedoria). My core interests are corporate governance, family business and women’s leadership.

My career began building consumer goods brands, continued with founding and running businesses of my own, and led to advising companies and to the boardroom. I have made decisions as an executive, as a founder and as a board member.
Today I apply that experience to companies through LV Consultoría de Empresa, my independent strategy and management consultancy.
